37 of the Best Wellness Products to Elevate Your Routine

If you’re constantly on the lookout for the best wellness products then this post is for you. I’m a sucker – and a harsh critic – of health, beauty, and wellness products. From supplements, to skincare, healthy snacks, to things that elevate routines at home, I’m a maximalist by all means. I love swapping out or adding a new product into my daily routine. It can make all the difference when you are looking to mix up the everyday doldrums.

This post is all about the best wellness to elevate your daily routine.

The wellness products list below span across different categories from home, to beauty, and overall wellness. Some are very popular and trending, while the others are classic, tried and true best wellness products to boost and elevate your daily routine. Let me know if you try any of these products or if you have a recommendation for me!

Trending Wellness Products

1. LED light mask: LED masks can help firm skin, fight wrinkles, reduce inflammation, and even regulate oil production. There are so many different types of LED masks out there with different types of light including blue, green, red, and they each have different benefits. Oftentimes, I find myself using this LED light mask on red which is supposed to help with collagen production. The bonus is that you can change the mask to different colored lights depending on what your skin needs. These masks are a top trending wellness product since Kourtney Kardashian started promoting them on her site Poosh.

2. Instyle Astrology Zone: Maybe it’s because I’m a millennial, maybe it’s because I’m basic but I truly am a sucker for anything zodiac related. Instyle has curated four astrology beauty boxes: Fire, Earth, Wind, and Air. Each box has samples of products from various brands including Dr. Dennis Gross, LiquidIV, Glo, Wen, and more. Another new trending wellness product that could be a great gift for yourself or an astrology lover in your life.

3. Chic label maker: When I’m in a slump, one of the things that helps me snap out of it is organizing something in my home that I’ve been putting off. Whether it’s my office, linen closet, toy rotation closet, or even under my bathroom sink, I have to have labels. Who knew there were cute label makers out there? This label maker on Amazon is so incredibly chic. It is slightly different from traditional label makers because there isn’t a keyboard pad with letters on it, everything is done through the label maker’s app. An organized space can contribute so much to overall wellness!

4. Set Boundaries, Find Peace: This book is about learning how to set healthy boundaries in everyday life. Setting boundaries are an important part of emotional wellbeing and wellness. Setting boundaries is easier said than done but the book is written in a no nonsense, easy to understand way. It is part theory but mostly practical techniques that can be applied immediately in many different scenarios — including teaching children about setting boundaries. Highly recommend this book if you want to shed any people-pleaser or passive aggressive tendencies.

5. Habit Skin SPF mist: This SPF mist is light with a flowery scent. It’s dewy on my oily + dehydrated skin and it’s super small and compact. Perfect for throwing into my purse as I’m running out the door. I especially like spraying this throughout the day instead of reapplying directly with my fingers if I’m out and about.

6. Lord Jones Gumdrops: Lord Jones CBD gumdrops are branded as more luxurious than other CBD gummies. They are super soft and more like jellies than gummies. Each gummy has 20mg CBD which is derived from hemp and promotes ‘calm and relaxation.’ These gumdrops will instantly elevate your evening routine.

7. Theragun mini rose: The Theragun mini is a pocket sized version of the original Theragun. The original Theragun is powerful – and oh boy – it does wonders for a sore neck and back but it’s REALLY LOUD and very intense. This little mini version is much quieter and great for a quick post workout massage.

8. Silk pillowcase: Add this to my “things I never thought I’d need” file. A dear friend gifted this to me and I was thrilled. It’s one of those things I’d probably never buy for myself since it is a splurge but it makes all the difference. When I sleep on my Slip silk pillowcase, I can immediately tell the difference when I wake up. Especially if I go to sleep with wet hair. I wake up to soft, silky hair instead of my usual dry, matted, tangled ‘do. Silk is also supposed to help with preventing wrinkles. I wish I could confirm this but I can only vouch for the frizzless hair.

9. Manuka honey: Another product that I couldn’t bear to spend $$$ on but now I don’t think I can ever go back… MANUKA HONEY! It’s simply the best overall wellness product IMO. Manuka honey has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties. Studies also say that it can help with eczema, burns, and tissue regeneration. I add Manuka honey to my teas, coffees, any type of warm drink that needs a little sweetener. I also take it by the spoonful when I have a sore throat or cough.

10. Goji berries: Goji berries are rich with nutrients and antioxidants. You can find them at Sprouts or Whole Foods or any other natural grocer. Goji berries can be added as toppings to yogurt or anywhere you might add dried fruit. You can also add them to any warm drink to plump them back up and make them easy to digest. I personally add them to warm teas, skin elixirs, or broths. This an instant super food booster.

11. Brami Bean snacks: Brami Beans are lupini snacking beans. They have 9g of plant protein, 80 calories per serving, and 0g net carbs. Lupini beans have more protein than chickpeas and lentils per serving. They also come in a variety of flavors like lime & chili, sea salt & vinegar, calabrian pepper, and more. My favorites are lime & chili, and calabrian pepper. I usually get these at Whole Foods and you can get them on Amazon too. These are a great snack that doesn’t need to be refrigerated and can be eaten in between meetings.

12. AshaPops Popped Water Lily Seeds:  Water lily seeds can be a nutrient-dense alternative to popcorn. A one-ounce serving size has about 3-4 grams of protein and can be a good source of magnesium and potassium. These remind me of Pirate’s Booty cheese puffs and come in a variety of different flavors.

13. Clvr Blend Lattes: These drink blends are an easy way to replace a sugary coffee shop latte. There are lots of different blends like Rose Cocoa Latte (delicious), Golden Super Latte (has turmeric) and all you need is a frother and hot water. Perfect if you’re like me and can’t deal with multi step coffee routines in the morning.

14. Anima Mundi Spirit Elixir: I’m obsessed with Anima Mundi apothecary: the elixirs, the powders, and their beautiful Instagram account. Such a vibe. This Euphoria ‘love elixir’ contains aphrodisiac components and ‘ can help arouse the spirit and flood the energy body with light.’

15. Dash cold press juicer (mini and compact!)Fresh pressed juice at home is one of my favorite luxuries. The biggest downside is how clunky a juicing machine can be. Not to mention clean up. Enter this mini Dash cold press juicer. The footprint is significantly smaller than my old Jack LaLanne juicer (oof, yeah it my juicer really old) and clean up time is much faster than with a bulky juicer.

16. 8 Greens Tablet: If you don’t have time to shop, prepare, and juice your own veggies/fruit, these tablets are a good option. They are freeze-dried tablets with super greens that dissolve in water. I also like these for travel days when I know healthy food choices may be limited.

17. Biotin gummies: These NeoCell biotin gummies are acai-flavored and taste like Hi-Chew candies! Since they are gummies and taste like candy, I take one a day in the afternoon when my energy feels low and my sugar cravings are high. They are supposed to promote natural energy and healthier skin and nails and have 10,000 mcg of biotin.

18. Chocolate & vanilla probiotics bundle: These probiotic chocolates by Gryph & Ivy Rose have probiotics in them that support a healthy immune system and may improve digestion. According to the company, 1 chocolate heart = 15 billion probiotics and prebiotics. Gryph & Ivy Rose also makes a chocolate probiotic for kids.

19. Essential oil shower steamers: If you need the relaxation of a bath but are limited on time, or simply too tired to draw yourself a bath, enter shower steamers. These are my new favorite quick pick me up. I like this set from Amazon which has scents and oils for different moods. The Relief pack has come in handy when I find myself with a cough or congestion. Another wellness product that can elevate a simple routine into something much more healing and luxurious.

20. Rose quartz eye mask: If you already have a jade or rose quartz roller, you need these accompanying eye masks. They are soothing and cooling to the eyes and there’s something incredibly relaxing about the sound the masks make. The slight clinking sounds of crystals remind me of rain – very ASMR’y.

21. Derma E Bright Eyes Vitamin C patches: I recently discovered this brand and I’m in love. I’ve been using a lot of Derma E vitamin C products (the mask, the overnight moisturizer, and these eye patches) and my skin has gotten brighter and sun spots have started to fade. I’ve tried a lot of different eye patches because my under eye area is perpetually puffy and these have been my favorite so far. They stay wet and moisturized for a long time and the patches themselves feel more luxurious than other eye patches I’ve tried.

22. Bath and Body works lavender vanilla pillow mist: Night time routines are so important to winding down and avoiding the dreaded ‘bedtime revenge’ scrolling. I know I’m guilty of it. I picked up this dreamy lavender vanilla pillow mist to my bedtime routine and within a few days, I’ve started to associate the scent with going to bed. Really! Research has shown that our olfactory systems are so powerful. It’s been discontinued but here are a few alternatives: Lavender vanilla chamomile pillow mist and Rest Aid pillow spray.

23. Kitsch Ice Roller: This ice roller is made out of stainless steel and helps calm inflammation, tension, and headaches. I also use it to decrease puffiness around my eyes. I pop it into the freezer for about 20 minutes before I’m ready to use it. I like using this as part of my morning routine as I’m checking email. This tool complements my gua sha routine and I feel so refreshed after using it.

24. Canopy Humidifier: If you’re a parent you know that humidifiers are a must for newborns, infants, and sick toddlers but they’re also a must for adults! I’ve gone through many humidifiers purchased on Amazon in a sleep-deprived haze but this Canopy one is my favorite. It’s easy to put together and take apart and clean (you can even wash it in your dishwasher)!

25. Fresh Black Tea Firming Mask: I’ve tried and rotated through dozens (dare I say 100+?!) types of face masks and this Black Tea mask by Fresh is always a must-have for me. The light black tea scent is subtle and it can be used as an ultra-moisturizing overnight sleep mask.

26. Bala Weight Bangles: These weighted bangles are the chicest ankle/wrist weights that I’ve seen so far. They come in various colors and were all the rage year 1 of the pandemic. I wear these while I do my regular cardio or HIIT workout routines. These can be worn while you are walking to meet your 10K steps.

27. Weighted Blanket: Weighted blankets are a must during the colder seasons. They are so incredibly cozy and can withstand constant tossing and turning. It’s suggested that you get a weighted blanket that is 10-15% of your body weight. I also recently got a weighted blanket for my toddler and she also loves it.

28. Goop glowing skin best sellers kit:  This best sellers kit by Goop includes an exfoliator, super powder (drink powder mix), and glycolic acid. The exfoliator is made up of micro-exfoliating minerals to help sweep away dry, dead skin cells. The super powder mix is a nice sample size of Goop’s drink formula, and the fruit extracts peel has a light fruity and vanilla scent. This would make a nice gift for anyone in need of a little self-care.

29. Aerogarden: If you don’t often grow plants or have tried but failed, don’t worry! The Aerogarden makes it really easy to grow herbs, edible flowers, virtually anything that you want. No, seriously. If you can plug in an appliance, you can grow plants in an Aerogarden! I’ve grown mint, basil, Thai basil, lavender, chamomile, tomatoes, and different variety of edible flowers in my Aerogarden. The dried edible flowers make my morning tea or latte 100x more delightful. While it’s not traditionally thought of as a wellness product, it’s the best feeling to grow your own herbs and have them on hand anytime you want.

30. Moon Juice Unstress stack: This duo by Moon Juice includes SuperYou pills which has adaptogens to help regulate cortisol and reduce the effects of stress. The other half of the duo includes magnesium powder to help you wind down at night. If you can’t tell by now, I’m a big fan of duo/sampler packs 🙂

31. Acupressure Mat: If you’re going to be lying down and reading a book or scrolling through social media, you might as well do it on an acupressure mat. The tiny spikes on the mat help relieve stress. This is the best wellness product to elevate your daily mindfulness or social media scrolling routine 😜

32. Neck and Shoulder Relaxer: Tech neck be gone! This neck and shoulder relaxer helps put your neck and shoulders into their most natural position and can improve posture. A must have on my list of best wellness products for anyone who is on a computer most of the day.

33. Bodha Smokeless incense: I like burning incense but don’t necessarily like the smoke that comes with it. Enter these smokeless incense sticks by Bodha. They come in the dreamiest scents: “Purify: Purifying notes of geranium, jasmine, and rosewood invite moments of clarity – ideal for new beginnings, “Refresh: Clean, green notes of petitgrain, violet leaf, and frankincense help to energize and invigorate – ideal for new creation.” They bring a sense of calm to my “ending the work day” routine.

34. Perfume necklace: Take your favorite scent wherever you go with this beautiful miniature perfume decanter necklace. This one in particular is made of rose quartz. Scents to choose from include: Sweet Clementine, Climbing Roses, and Butterfly Garden. You can add your favorite perfumes if you prefer.

35. Essential Oil Patches: These patches are infused with different combinations of essential oils and go directly onto your skin. It’s similar to using aromatherapy oils for stress/headache/cold relief but different in that the scents aren’t overwhelming. I usually place these between my shoulders and neck. It’s a very discreet wellness product that can boost your boost throughout the day.

36. Jose Maran Body Butter: This body butter is heaven. It’s formulated with pro-retinol derived from pink algea and air whipped. Try this after taking a shower or on your feet (then slip them immediately into socks overnight) for super soft skin in the morning.

37. Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk balm: There’s something about this color that makes lips look so incredibly plump. The Pillow Talk lipstick is a beautiful color but too matte for my liking, so when I found out there was a more moisturizing balm version, I immediately had to get it. I love this during the spring or summer time with big lashes and just-done brows. Perfect for low-maintenance, toddler(s)-in-tow days.

BONUS! Summer Fridays Jet Lag mask: Another tried and true favorite wellness product for my chronically dehydrated skin. I’ve gone through various full sized and travel sized tubes of this Jet Lag mask. It’s hydrated and has a slightly minty tingle.
